Welcome to CorrectFIT personal training​!

Our mission is to provide personal training services to clients with a variety of needs and health conditions. Through effective assessment, we will design and implement programs to cater to individual needs to ensure improved balance and stability, increased strength and range of motion, better endurance and improved cardiovascular function; as well as job or sports performance.

Our trainers will provide one on one training for focus on corrective form and to emphasize symmetry and individualized program design.
